In late June, the GIET Equity Team at The Education University of Hong Kong hosted the fourth session of the Learning Innovations and Emerging Technologies Masterclass Series with Peking University.
Titled "北大智匯：新興科技賦能教學研新生態" (Peking University Wisdom: Emerging Technologies Empowering Teaching, Learning, and Research Innovation), the session featured five distinguished scholars from Peking University:
- Prof. MA Hao (馬皓) from the Computing Center;
- Prof. WANG Xiaoqun (王肖群) from the Center for Excellent Teaching and Learning;
- Prof. HAO Zhengyuan (郝正元) from the Graduate School;
- Prof. TANG Dashi (唐大仕) from the School of Electronic Engineering and Computer Science; and
- Prof. PEI Jianfeng (裴劍鋒) from the Academy for Advanced Interdisciplinary Studies.
Chaired by Dr. Lingyun Huang from the Department of Curriculum & Instruction, the session highlighted Peking University's cutting-edge practices in education digital transformation, intelligent teacher professional development, and AI-enhanced teaching and research.
